Expert Application Support Required

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an expert application support engineer. This is a key role that involves delivering top-notch technical assistance to ensure seamless application functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for complex applications built on .NET and PHP frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate application, database, and server-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform advanced debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities to optimize application efficiency.
  • Work with WAMP stack environments, including Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP configurations.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, encompassing configuration, monitoring, and patching for enhanced security and stability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to ensure application availability, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support, preferably with expertise in both .NET and PHP technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, including data modeling and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies, such as Windows Server administration and SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with performance monitoring tools and automated deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
