  1. Providing expert-level support for Finacle applications, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues;
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences;
  3. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance technical expertise;
  4. Developing and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation to improve service efficiency;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Finacle Menu Options (CBS Version 7.0.25, UBS version);
  • Strong understanding of business logic of banks and experience handling EOD/BOD operations;
  • Proficiency in Core Banking Solutions and Banking IT support;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks.
