As a Client Administrator, you will collaborate closely with advisory teams to mitigate conflicts and maintain high standards of client service and regulatory compliance.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to independence standards and promote a culture of integrity.

You will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, gathering necessary client information and documentation, and verifying client details in our ERP system.

  • We are looking for an individual with a background in compliance, specifically with IESBA Code and independence standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, or law is a minimum requirement, with a preference for specialized degrees such as LLB or certifications like CFE.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
  • You must also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions is highly valued.

Besides technical skills, we look for self-driven individuals who can think critically and work independently. The role requires effective time management, project coordination, and resource allocation. A quick learner with excellent communication and people skills will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and verify client information and update our ERP system accordingly.
  • Coordinate with engagement teams and the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure conflict of interest requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, commerce, accounting, or law).
  • Relevant industry experience (2+ years).
  • Compliance certification (e.g., IESBA Code).
