Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HR function worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR systems, laws, and regulations in multiple regions, particularly India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global HR frameworks, policies, and compliance procedures.
  • Develop scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across various geographies.
  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions, working closely with C-level executives and business leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a strong India HR foundation as our headquarters.
  • Leading full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution.
  • Driving company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws in each region.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
