
Customer Onboarding Experience Specialist

As a key representative of our organization, you will establish lasting relationships with our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the customer onboarding process to ensure seamless adoption of our platform
- Managing internal and external team relationships to facilitate smooth account management
- Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health
- Serving as a product champion to drive adoption and expand features in collaboration with our product team
- Providing timely support for product-related questions and concerns
- Collaborating with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Solutions Architect
- Project management experience with enterprise clients or consulting expertise at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments
- A builder mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment and taking projects from concept to execution
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database structure, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience creating custom workflows and processes to enhance customer value
