About the Role

This role is for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. The ideal candidate will assist with data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth product adoption and integration.
  2. Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  3. Perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  4. Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
  8. Work effectively to overlap with U.S. time zones to support global customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
