As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, providing timely solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Resolve product-related issues, order-related problems, and payment-related complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and interactions in CRM systems accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and resolution time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
