Teleconsultation:
  • Conduct thorough teleconsultations for each assigned order, providing expert medical advice and ensuring customers understand their treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide prompt resolutions related to prescriptions and treatments.
Customer Query Resolution:
  • Address customer queries related to prescriptions and treatments in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of consultations to ensure compliance with medical guidelines.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience and provide feedback for process improvements where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must hold an MBBS or equivalent degree.
