">NxtWave is a leading provider of international education services, dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. We are seeking a highly experienced VP - Abroad to drive the growth of our international education business across India.
">Main Objectives:
">- ">
- To develop and execute international strategy to guide students through preparation, counseling, and enrollment in foreign universities.">
- To lead international sales initiatives by creating partnerships with foreign universities and education providers.">
- To drive student enrollment by developing and executing plans to connect with students, provide counseling on study-abroad opportunities, and guide them through the university application and admission processes.">
Ideal Candidate:
">We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Edtech, preferably with 8+ years of experience in international student recruitment or foreign university partnerships.
">The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, P&L management experience, international sales expertise, lead generation capabilities, and a strategic thinker with execution skills.
">The salary for this role is around $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
