Sales Director for Offline Expansion

NxtWave is a leading education technology company seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our offline expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses through brick-and-mortar channels and possess deep expertise in the Indian education market.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a robust offline sales strategy aligned with NxtWave's overall business objectives
- Expand into new geographic regions and establish a strong offline presence
- Build and manage a network of offline channels to drive sales and brand presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on offline expansion
- Extensive experience in building and scaling offline sales channels, including partnerships with educational institutions and retail networks
Estimated Salary: ₹80-120 lakhs per annum
