
Customer Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
The role of a Claim Handler involves fulfilling an insurer's obligations to receive, investigate and act on claims filed by insured individuals. This process encompasses multiple administrative and customer service layers, including review, investigation, adjustment (if necessary), remittance or denial of the claim.
Responsibilities:
- Understand professional standards and established procedures before taking action and making decisions
- Process claims and handle calls in accordance with process guidelines
- Meet service level expectations and adhere to quality and auditing parameters
- Take responsibility for work and coordinate efforts with colleagues
- Meet assigned productivity goals
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
- Acquire knowledge and skills related to the claims handling process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international voice processes
