Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end support for cashless claims processing, guiding customers on claim submission requirements and coordinating with hospitals, insurance teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Customer Interaction: Develop strong relationships with customers by answering queries and complaints in a positive and effective manner, both via email and over the phone. This involves identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.

Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure a complete resolution.

Communication & Policy: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
