Job Opportunity:

You will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. You will be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.

About the Role

In this position, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business goals. You will create and deliver impactful training programs for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.

  • Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
  • Coach and mentor Sales, Presales & SDR team members on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Pre-sales/Solution engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
