Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic direction for onboarding initiatives, ensuring consistency and delivery excellence across all teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable onboarding experiences through digital content, playbooks, and training modules.
  • Design and implement workflows to enhance training delivery and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to optimize onboarding efficiency.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align onboarding efforts with product changes and feature rollouts.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in onboarding or training, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding for B2B/SaaS products and experience creating engaging digital content.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of onboarding funnels, CRM tools, and client journey optimization techniques.
  • Ability to translate technical product knowledge into actionable training for various audiences.
