Job Title: Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our employee lifecycle operations team. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Ensure adherence to All-boarding framework, policy and procedures; partner with client All-boarding lead to ensure timely updates.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage onboarding and exit processes, oversee background verification (BGC) and employee data entry and record management.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Drive adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations; conduct audits and data quality checks.
  • Team Development: Build high-performing teams through training, mentorship, and engagement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities for cross-functional support.
  • Process Excellence: Identify transformation initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Relevant years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with Relevant years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and BGC.
