We are seeking a seasoned expert to partner with customers and drive the adoption of our platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Collaborate with project managers and customers to design and implement employee engagement and communications strategies.">
  3. Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer business objectives and lead strategy discussions.">
  4. Implement concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, providing expert advice on information organization, content migration, audience targeting, governance structure, and change management.">
  5. Develop program strategies supporting employee surveys, recognition, communications, and engagement.">
  6. Provide best practices guidance and suggested use cases, combining knowledge of software implementation, internal comms, and employee experience.">
  7. Define solutions for standard and unique use cases identified during implementation.">
  8. Train customers on Simpplrs features and functionalities.">
  9. Work with leadership to evolve and scale the implementation process and customer experience.">
  10. Collaborate with customer success, professional services, product, and support teams to document best practices.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 6+ years in employee experience, internal communications, or related field.">
  • 5+ years of technical consulting and enablement experience.">
  • 4+ years of remote work experience as part of an international team.">
  • 4+ years of experience supporting international customer bases and navigating cultural differences.">
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and maintaining modern intranets or employee experience platforms.">
  • Familiarity with support ticketing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce).">
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.">
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities.">
  • Active listening skills with a focus on understanding.">
  • Able to lead multiple projects concurrently while setting priorities.">
  • Quick learner of new tools, technologies, and processes.">
  • Creative problem solver with innovative approach capabilities.">
