As an Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of experts across various domains to develop and execute transformation strategies for clients in the customer service and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and drive initiatives to meet milestones.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with experts to create business cases and analyze feasibility and impact.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines and potential for scalability.
  • Deliver strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all organizational levels to build relationships.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification.
