Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps and Cloud Migration Specialist to lead migrations from self-managed ADO organizations to a centrally managed, CCoE-governed environment. This is a technical role focused on execution, requiring strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and cloud migration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and manage permissions/CI/CD structures to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support cloud resource migrations (VMs, storage, networking) with security and compliance best practices in mind.
  • Manage ADO dependencies such as service connections and SPNs to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Suggest improvements aligned with DevSecOps best practices to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in Azure DevOps and cloud migration, with proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, permissions, and ADO dependencies, with ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Proven ability to ensure secure, compliant migrations, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • C1 English proficiency for direct client interaction and collaboration.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
