Job Description:

Innosolv Professional Solutions Private Limited is a professional services firm providing end-to-end accounting, auditing, assurance, risk management, regulatory, and taxation services for over a decade. Our team boasts prior experience across various industry sectors with Big 4 accounting firms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and managing end-to-end revenue accounting processes ensures accurate and timely recognition in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
  • Reviewing customer contracts and agreements to determine appropriate revenue treatment including multi-element arrangements and variable considerations.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Legal, and FP&A teams to assess deal structures and ensure alignment with revenue recognition policies.
  • Preparing and maintaining revenue schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations for month-end and quarter-end close.
  • Analyzing deferred revenue, billing schedules, and revenue forecasts to support financial reporting and audit readiness.
  • Partnering with IT and finance systems teams to enhance automation and reporting capabilities related to revenue.
  • Supporting external audits and internal controls by providing documentation and insights into revenue processes.
  • Monitoring changes in accounting standards and advising on implications for revenue recognition.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in revenue accounting or revenue recognition preferably in SaaS, technology, or services environment. A CPA or CA qualification is required along with strong understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and practical application in complex contract scenarios.
