Healthcare Revenue Cycle Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill Healthcare Revenue Cycle Representative positions in our rapidly growing revenue cycle team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
  • Reviewing denied or underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution, understanding insurance guidelines, medical billing and AR workflows.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meeting daily productivity and quality targets, working collaboratively with the billing team to achieve revenue cycle goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Life Science, Non-Life Science or Commerce).
  • 0-3 years of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing or RCM (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of US healthcare process, CPT/ICD codes and insurance policies is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
