Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights from large-scale health data sets and develop data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams to share best practices and ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members to promote analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
