About the Job:

This is a full-time remote role for a dedicated healthcare professional who will be responsible for providing patient care and conducting assessments to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and develop treatment plans that meet patient needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies to promote healthy behaviors.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medical history, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver compassionate and empathetic care.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skills related to patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred, with experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
