Job Title: Executive HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will lead business operations for the assigned vertical/process, supporting business functions and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing and resolving employee queries and concerns efficiently, tracking and reporting resolution Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Ensuring policy compliance, labor laws, and company discipline are upheld.
  • Maintaining a low attrition rate at or below 5%.
  • Leading engagement activities, facilitating action planning, recording meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinating timely Key Result Area (KRA) sign-offs for new joiners and during internal movements, monitoring half-yearly and annual appraisals.
  • Tracking training plan adherence for the assigned vertical/process.
  • Conducting exit interviews, analyzing survey data, and presenting actionable insights and trends.
  • Implementing effective strategies to enhance employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Supporting employer branding and staying informed on industry HR best practices.

Required qualifications include:

  • A graduate degree in any field, preferably with a background in psychology, industrial relations, or human resource management.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, especially in labor relations and employee engagement in a BPO/Call Center environment.

Desirable skills and competencies include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
