We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and drive productivity
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
