About the Role:

This position involves understanding business needs and developing strategies for effective hiring processes that cater to organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive location hiring plans to achieve staffing objectives, including adequate staffing, required tools, and recruitment compliance.
  • Manage all relevant stakeholders to ensure correct data capture and accurate data reporting from a recruitment perspective.
  • Plan and execute vendor contribution and payout processes, as well as maintain accurate data maintenance and reporting for internal/external audits.
  • Collaborate with hiring delivery teams to support frontline hiring efforts and deliver timely processing of data.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience is maintained as a mandatory outcome.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment process automation, focusing on minimizing manual interventions and delivering seamless end-to-end hiring/selection processes.
