Global Talent Acquisition Leader

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organization's overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in global HR shared services hiring.
  • Experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Any graduate degree is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Spearheading the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry best practices.
  2. Leading, coaching, and empowering a team of talent acquisition leads who specialize in hiring for global HR sub-verticals – HRIS/TAGS/Ops.
  3. Planning and strategizing hiring needs.
  4. Developing and driving the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with our organization's overall business objectives.
  5. Creating a robust talent acquisition engine to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
  6. Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  7. Setting internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
  8. Reviewing data and assessing external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.
  9. Relationship management with key stakeholders.
  10. Tracking recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.
