Job Title: Regional Healthcare Growth Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive the growth and success of our healthcare financing ecosystem in their region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals, leading and mentoring a sales team, developing new opportunities, and driving awareness and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alliances: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve target goals, improve field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • New Opportunities: Identify patient needs and introduce innovative EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Awareness and Adoption: Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in B2C sales leadership, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
