Commercial Space Sales Professional

Job Overview

This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced sales professional to succeed in commercial interior designing.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Network Expansion: Develop and leverage a strong broker network in key regions to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
  2. Client & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  3. Sales Strategy & Negotiations: Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage the complete sales cycle, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  6. Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability.
Key Requirements
  • A well-established and active broker network in key regions for commercial projects.
  • A proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills to drive business growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision.
