Senior Account Strategist

As a Senior Account Strategist at Sigmoid, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth in Fortune 1000 companies. A self-starter with a passion for brand building, you will understand how to sell innovation, drive deals forward, and compress decision cycles. You will play a key role in driving our business to great heights and drive our revenue growth in parallel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Manage multiple account management strategy implementation assignments and work directly with the business, IT, and strategy teams to cater to end-to-end business needs.
- Lead and provide a roadmap for the team of account managers, establishing priorities and coordinating work.
- Evaluate, scrutinize, and strategize account growth paths and movements in the logos being managed by the team.
- Influence senior management and teams on new tools, solutions, and ideas.
- Self-initiate processes, projects, and programs, and drive change leadership.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high satisfaction and increase revenues.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within these logos.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or related discipline with 10+ to 20 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and account management roles for Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in account management.
- Experience in enterprise selling across BFSI, CPG, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing is desirable.
- Technically savvy with experience working on Big Data and associated technology-related projects.
- Strategic thinker, innovative problem solver, self-starter, and team player.
