Job Role: Team Leader

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the overall running of the sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving growth and hitting sales targets. You will establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships, and work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall running of the sales team.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence.
  3. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the team's strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
  5. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  6. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Required candidates with sales experience.
  2. Experience of at least 6 months to 1 year.
  3. Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  4. Good team player.
