About This Opportunity

Razor Infotech is a leading provider of BPO and IT services, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall performance of the sales team, driving growth and hitting sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify our market presence.
  3. Build and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
  4. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
  2. Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  3. Good team player.
