Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and be able to attract top technical talent in a competitive market.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. The ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead the full-cycle recruitment process, and conduct in-depth interviews is essential.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs for Technology, Research, Analytics, and other technology-driven roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Use technical interview frameworks and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, team leads, and senior leadership to continuously align on talent requirements and progress.
Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice for top-tier talent.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data engineering, analytics, and technology recruitment.
Education and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the tech stack used in various tech roles.
  • Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Detail-oriented.
