Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy

Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top technical talent in Technology, Research, and Analytics roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and identify key talent requirements.

  1. Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using multiple channels to engage passive and active candidates.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build relationships and ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals.
  3. Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and refine the sourcing strategy for improved results.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation

Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize technical interview frameworks to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.

  1. Administer technical assessments and coordinate coding challenges for data-related roles.
  2. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment status, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
Collaboration & Employer Branding

Build strong relationships with hiring managers, team leads, and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to promote Netscribes as an attractive employer of choice for top-tier talent.

  1. Partner with the marketing team to create engaging content and initiatives that highlight the company's culture and opportunities within the data and tech fields.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Education & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on hiring for Technology, Research, and Analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of the tech stack used in various tech roles.
  • Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent in a competitive market.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
