Talent Acquisition Specialist GSC & Finance

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6-8 years in TA Role

Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Global Shared Services (GSC) and Finance roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for diverse finance functions, while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom requirement gathering to offer closurefor GSC and finance positions across levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and market trends.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus drives, and talent mapping for niche skills.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, internal policies, and data accuracy in ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Vendor Management: Engage with and manage recruitment agencies for critical or niche positions.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 68 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years focused on GSC and finance hiring.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of finance roles (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, etc.) and GSC operations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytics capability.
