Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Coordinator to join our team at Ananda in the Himalayas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls and emails, and providing information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations, enquiries, and special requests accurately and efficiently
  • Educate guests on Ananda's philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their overall experience
  • Avoid conflicts and follows company policies at all times
  • Work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods
  • Effective communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
