Reservation Agent Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Reservationist to support our short-term vacation rental business based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring strong problem-solving abilities to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Key Competencies
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills. An American accent is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales or reservations teams is advantageous.
