Role Overview

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to manage bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle hotel bookings and vendor coordination

Arrange transport (airport transfers, vehicle rentals, etc.)

Support itinerary planning and tour package execution

Communicate with clients to finalize travel details

Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests

Maintain accurate booking records

You Bring:

Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years' experience in travel reservations/operations

Proficiency in MS Office, email, and booking platforms

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and a passion for travel
