Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike. Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with guests through various channels to provide pre-arrival information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to guest queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, local attractions, and other relevant information.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions and escalating to relevant departments if necessary.
  • Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
  • Comfortable using technology tools such as email, chat systems, and reservation software.
