Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead the growth and success of our prime home loan products. As a multifaceted role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for prime home loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  2. Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
