Product Category Manager Position

The selected candidate will lead the product direction of our home and garden brand, shaping the category strategy for one of India's most inspiring home and garden brands.

  • Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to forecast demand and plan stock accordingly
  • Maintain trackers for vendor management, payments, logistics, returns, and damages
  • Conduct trend and market research to curate relevant product assortments
  • Manage vendor development, negotiations, sampling, POs, and timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with stores and warehouses for stock audits, replenishment, and inventory flow
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams on launches, campaigns, and product uploads
  • Support design and content teams with updated catalogues and visual assets

Key Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising (preferably in home décor, furniture, or lifestyle retail)
  • Proficiency in Excel and inventory/merchandising systems
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with B2C, experiential, or lifestyle retail formats preferred
