Job Title: Encompass Loan Origination System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  2. Monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations.
  3. Supporting and managing integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  4. Ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
