Job Title: Cloud Systems AdministratorJob Overview:

This position is responsible for driving the effective management and administration of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configuration Management: Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components.
  • User Security: Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • System Maintenance: Perform system/service maintenance tasks, backup and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM applications performance and architecture, maintaining reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Best Practices: Design and implement best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  • Issue Resolution: Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive issue resolution.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in managing Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Security and user management.
  • Excellent system administration skills, including configuration management, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to develop and maintain ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
