Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system refreshes, client copies, and transports between environments.\
  • Implement and maintain SAP security, roles, and authorizations.\
  • Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP application performance and resolve issues.\
  • Manage system backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability.\
  • Monitor and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and system health.\
  • Coordinate with SAP support and handle escalations for system-related issues.\
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.\
  • Stay updated on SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.\

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.\
    • Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and other SAP products.\
    • Proficiency in database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).\
    • Experience with OS platforms such as Linux, Windows, or UNIX.\
    • Knowledge of SAP Security concepts and best practices.\
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
