Job Overview

The Sales Growth Associate at OpenIntervue will contribute to driving business expansion by assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospect outreach, and pipeline management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in B2B sales within the tech industry and learn about high-growth SaaS environments. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, managing sales data, and supporting overall sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up activities to drive sales growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system, ensuring lead details, follow-ups, and activities are up-to-date for effective sales management.
  • Prospect Outreach: Assist in contacting prospective B2B clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings and demos, promoting sales opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on competition and their customers, potential B2B clients and their hiring needs, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials to aid in sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the sales process, fostering a collaborative sales environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
  • Strong interest in sales and B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
