Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Growth Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to lead generation, qualification, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Engage with potential clients through 50-60 daily outbound calls, fostering strong professional relationships and sparking interest in our solutions.
  • Lead Qualification – Identify decision-makers, assess client needs, and maintain accurate records of progress.
  • Meeting Coordination – Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain thorough call records and provide detailed daily updates using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing and business development teams to align outreach efforts for optimized success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹15,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
