Sales Growth Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Associate to join our team in the US region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Rout qualified leads to our outside sales representatives for further development and closure.
- Work closely with our sales team to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
- Track record of building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships.
- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to track all activity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with at least 2+ years of international experience.
- Outbound sales experience in the US region is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Strong phone presence and experience making 70+ calls per day.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot is preferred.
Working Conditions
This is a remote position, and we require a strong internet connection (company subsidy available). The shift timing is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, and work-from-home arrangements apply.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
