Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our team of exempt and non-exempt employees in the Financial Services Operations Management department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management, process improvements, and risk mitigation to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership
  • Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately.
  • Update procedures to mitigate process risks.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure operational process efficiency.
  • Resolve escalated issues submitted to Executive Management and Regulatory Agencies.
Supervisory Duties:
  • Create and manage team schedules; maintain timekeeping.
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback, coaching and development.
  • Manage compliance and risk for functions performed within areas managed.
Requirements:
  • A college degree is required, and 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services Operation Management is necessary.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience leading a team of 15 or more exempt & non-exempt employees.
  • Knowledge of Transfer Agent operational processes, reconciliations, and SEC regulations.
