Job Description

A senior professional is needed to oversee the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.

About the Role
  • Meet all client service level agreements (deliverables)
  • Ensure the team understands client-specific training requirements and needs
  • Analyze performance results of the team and implement process improvements
  • Determine appropriate staff levels and implement strategies for efficient operations
  • Work with support departments to ensure staffing strategies are effectively executed
  • Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding client and team members' needs and create a harmonious work environment
  • Escalate performance-related issues to senior directors on a timely manner
  • Escalate client complaints to senior directors and resolve escalated customer issues, CAPA should be taken
  • Capable of managing team leaders and associates
  • Develop strategic plans for operational activities, implement and manage operational plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality services and quality products
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly performance and come up with plans to increase the team's performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in US healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of concepts of AR
  • Good communication skills
  • Business acumen skills
  • Financial acumen skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good project management and people management skills
  • Good leadership skills
