  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience across a similar role, preferably in the SaaS environment.• Strong knowledge of IndAs/IFRS accounting standards and regulatory compliance.• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.).

Job Description:
- Work closely with the CEO to analyse financials, prepare strategies and ensure financial health of the company.

- Oversee and manage the organisation's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Indian accounting standards.

- Prepare detailed financial reports/financial statements and present them to senior stakeholders.

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and systems to minimise risks.

- Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, internal audits and statutory audits and compliance.

- Monitor cash flow and handle AP, AR, revenue recognition, payroll and reconciliations.

- Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to drive performance and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Should have:

  1. A CA/CPA qualification is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience across a similar role, preferably in the SaaS environment.
