Job Title: Director - Technical Accounting

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Technical Accounting to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical accounting advisory services to clients. This will include developing and maintaining client relationships with senior stakeholders, working with other partners and directors, mentoring team members, and providing support on practice management initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include participating in business development activities, managing client relationships, project management, providing technical accounting advice on complex issues, conducting research on accounting topics, assisting clients with financial reporting, and reviewing and analyzing client financial information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong domain knowledge, project management, business development, and people skills. They will also have a sound understanding of accounting concepts and stay informed of professional standards.

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and stringent deadlines while applying independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations.
